Scott is responsible for the company's sales, marketing, and
operations areas. He previously led the successful growth of
a leading staffing and executive search firm in Austin for
five years. His previous experience includes ten years of
management in the newspaper publishing industry. He studied
marketing and business administration at Auburn University
and is a Certified Professional in Human Resources. |

Murray E. Smith
Co-Founder / Chief Financial Officer
Murray is responsible for the company's accounting, finance,
and strategic planning, as well as oversight of the
company's upcoming Professional Employer Organization (PEO)
division. He is native of Corpus Christi, Texas and holds a
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Texas A&M - College
Station. He has completed post-graduate work toward an MBA
including all accounting requirements for the CPA exam. He
has trained with the American Payroll Association as well as
a prominent CPA firm in Corpus Christi. Murray's background
includes heading the accounting and financial management
teams for several staffing firms as well as a professional
employer organization.

Kevin Cobb
Senior Vice President
Kevin manages the company's management and loss control
programs. With responsibility for safety programs, workers'
compensation program administration, claims handling, and
the company's return to work program, Kevin oversees several
areas vital to the company's success. He is a graduate
of the University of Texas at Austin and has more than 15
years of business management experience prior to joining
Focus1 including a number of years managing safety and
operations, then as plant manager of a
food manufacturing company.

Luis oversees the company's sales and day to day operations
in the Rio Grande Valley, including the company's large
network of sales representatives in the area. Luis'
background includes more than 10 years of experience with
professional employer organizations in the fields of safety,
