can assist in growing our client base and expanding into
new territories. Most successful candidates will have
business management or entrepreneurial experience,
knowledge of the laws and regulations employers face in
today's market, as well as an understanding of the
workers' compensation and unemployment systems.
Lead generation, presentation, and closing skills are a
must. |

Client services positions typically involve customer
service, problem solving, and handling basic human
resources management and support needs. Candidates
should have a working knowledge of HR practices,
employment law, as well as strong customer relations
skills. Excellent written and verbal communication
skills as well as strong computer skills are also
required. |

Payroll Support |
|
|
|
Our payroll support team members are critical to the
success of our organization. Candidates must have at
least 2 years' experience processing high volume
multi-location payrolls. These positions also involve a
significant amount of client and employee contact, so
excellent communication skills are required. Experience
with a PEO or ASO payroll system (we use Thinkware
Darwin) is greatly preferred. |
